The Ongoing Support Package provides continuous, personalized coaching and strategic guidance for school leaders. This package is ideal for those looking to enhance leadership effectiveness, maintain accountability, and receive ongoing support in decision-making.

Monthly Fee: $700 per month

What’s Included:

  • Phone calls as needed. Virtually unlimited.

  • Email and Text Messaging Support for Quick Questions or Feedback

    • Ongoing access to consulting support for pressing questions, document reviews, or quick leadership guidance.

    • Designed to provide timely, practical responses without needing to schedule a full meeting.

  • Can be used for leadership coaching, problem-solving, staff management advice, board relations, operational strategy discussions, or brainstorming ideas with a thought partner.

  • One Optional Guest Invite per Month to a Coaching Call

    • Leaders can invite an additional administrator, teacher, or board member to one of the monthly coaching calls.

    • Allows for a collaborative approach to problem-solving and leadership development.
