I offer leadership coaching and mentoring rooted in Radical Candor and a curiosity that helps leaders slow down and think more clearly. I help leaders think so they can act independently. I lead by asking questions. The most transformational leadership comes when we challenge directly and care deeply about people, purpose, and growth. As Michael Bungay Stanier puts it, the key is to ‘stay curious a little longer and rush to action and advice-giving a little slower.’ That’s how leaders uncover their own best answers.
